    This is correct as of 8/06/2012


    1. Can use /tp (Teleport to anyone with asking permission)
    2. Kit tools (/kit tools & /kit dtools)
    3. Always open to more things.

    Non-vip can Buy kits at the shop, but cost will be 10 times what VIP pays.
